Rotaract Shutterbug residential training programme

The Opening session: the two day residential programme was inaugurated by President of the Rotaract Club of Panadura – Rtr. Bhagya Ratnayaka in the presence of Rtn. Radhi de Silva & Rtn. Tharindu Wickramasekara from the Rotary Club of Panadura and Mr. Panduka de Silva and Mithra Weerakon from the Photographic Society of Sri Lanka on August 20, 2011 at the Subodhi Institute in Piliyandala.
